Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GridSnap (the “Software”) and the website gridsnap.aiskillhub.info (the “Site”). By downloading, installing, or purchasing, you agree to them.

License grant

The free tier is provided at no cost with the stated zone limits. A paid Lifetime license grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on Macs you own or control. The Sync add-on is a yearly subscription for the cloud-sync feature only.

Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the Software except as permitted by law. License keys are personal; sharing a key may result in revocation.

Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
