Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with GridSnap. Because there is a fully featured free tier, you can evaluate the core experience before paying.

Lifetime purchases

If the Lifetime unlock doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. After a refund, the associated license key is deactivated.

Sync subscription

You can cancel the yearly Sync subscription at any time from your customer portal; it stays active until the end of the paid period and does not auto-renew after cancellation. Partial-period refunds are handled case-by-case within the first 7 days.

How to request

Email billing@gridsnap.aiskillhub.info with your order ID. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. GST invoices are available on request for Indian customers.
