Privacy Policy

GridSnap is built privacy-first. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with India's DPDP Act and the GDPR.

The app runs on-device

Window management and natural-language parsing happen entirely on your Mac. The app does not transmit your window contents, app names, or layout commands to any server. It requires macOS Accessibility permission solely to move and resize windows locally.

What the website collects

If you join the launch list, we store the email address you provide to send you the download and product updates. If you purchase, our payment processors (Razorpay for INR, Stripe for USD) process your payment details under their own privacy policies — we never see full card numbers. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics for aggregate pageview counts.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@gridsnap.aiskillhub.info. You can unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message.

Data retention

We keep launch-list emails until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Purchase records are retained as required for tax and accounting.
